Greetings, and welcome to the Roman Empire.

The time period is from 1500BC to 500 AD. As you step off the Roman Territory and move into the city, the building and other structures are the highest from anywhere else you have seen in this time period. You notice the large stone arch, that which is an aspect of the Roman culture, not seen anywhere else, and is a mystery in itself.

Rome is also the most populated and busiest, as in the day you see thousands of people milling around, patronizing the merchants and other businesses. At night, it is a very fun time, as every night is treated as a weekend Friday or Saturday night in the present day would be. From the famous Roman baths, to the chariot races, to the Colosseum with it's gladiators. 

As you near the center of the city, you will see the great palace of the Emperor. The palace gates are large, and around the palace, standing every 15 feet is a Praetorian Guard, surrounding the radius of the palace gates. There is only one way in, through the front. Stepping through the gates, you find yourself on the courtyard, where it is large enough to hold several legions of men. Crossing the courtyard, you reach the steps leading up to the great doors, you will encounter many armed soldiers standing guard both inside and out. These are the Emperor's elite soldiers of the Palace Legion, the Praetorian Guard. 

After entry has been granted you will find many slaves living within the great palace of the Emperor, they are here to serve the needs of the Emperor and All that visit the palace. Most are slaves captured from other lands during Roman conquest. You will see slaves who still follow the ways of their home. Looking on you will also see many servants and also other Imperial Staff. 

Romans are very much into culture and enjoying themselves, but do not under estimate their abilities. The Roman soldier is the most feared in the known world and are highly trained and skilled in combat. They fear little and will protect their city with their lives, hesitation not being a factor. 

This is the house of Slayer. We are the Ruling house in Rome such as the house of Alteronia which is currently the one of the main powers in Rome, Lead by the room second. The following pages contain the member pics and bios. The main Rules of the House and slave rules. All of My rules take precedence over any other rules in Rome. Each House has its own rules but you will be bound by the rules of Rome as well. I am the Head of the Empire as well as Room Leader, also one of the Main Storytellers. We (JA and I) decided to begin fleshing Rome out through the Houses as a way to give the ability for more and greater story lines for Rome as a whole. If you do not follow the rules of the House and Rome you will be asked to leave Rome and/or the House. I'm aware there are a lot of Rules but most of them truly are for your protection and Rome's growth.
