1. Upon entering any Lost Worlds room you must wear the following observer tag after your name: Using your own name then just add ~obs~ after it.

2. Those entering with the name visitor, cloaked and hooded or any other anonymous style name will be asked to change to a real name.  You can then be invited to stay and interact. Then you will wear the guest tag ~protected by (whoever invited you)~. 

3. No one is allowed to enter any room without either the home tag of the Lost Worlds room they are a member of, a guest tag, or using an ~obs~ tag. You will be asked to leave, be put on ignore or perhaps even forced collared even if entering in a capped name. 

4. You may visit as many different rooms and as many times as you wish to ensure you are fully aware of a rooms rules and happy with the choice you may make as a home. 

5. If any observer is treated rudely, we request they send an email directly to the Roman Empire's main email: rome_lw@yahoo.com

6. You may ask questions and observe the goings on in any room, but you may not interact in the role-play until such time you have petitioned membership in a room, at that time you may begin the interaction until your membership is completed.
